What does Seasonal Use mean?
These units are designed to be used in non freezing conditions and must be drained are the end of season. Though these types of units are idea for cabins or cottages, They are very easy to install and can easily be done onsite with simple "PEX" water line, the fill tank can be fitted with a simple garden hose, so if you have sun you can have hot water and a hot shower.
All of these units are extremely cost efficient and makes for a quick and easy retro-fit.
